Yes. We test your water at your home, walk you through the results, and leave you with a written summary. There’s no charge and no obligation to buy anything.

Is Southwest Florida water hard?

Almost everywhere, yes. Most homes in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples and the surrounding communities see hardness levels high enough to cause scale, spotting and soap scum. The exact number varies street to street, which is why testing matters.

Do I need a softener, a filter, or both?

A softener addresses hardness minerals. A filter addresses taste, odor and chlorine. Many homes benefit from both, but plenty only need one. Your test results decide, not a package deal.

How long does installation take?

Most whole-home systems are installed in three to five hours, and reverse osmosis units usually take under two. We protect your floors and clean up completely before we leave.

What about well water?

Private wells around Alva, Lehigh Acres and North Fort Myers often carry iron, sulfur, sediment or manganese. We build a treatment train specific to your well rather than dropping in a standard softener.

What ongoing maintenance is required?

Softeners need salt, filters need periodic cartridge or media changes, and UV lamps are replaced annually. We handle all of it on a schedule so you never have to think about it.
